Team

We list the team by seat, not by name. The number is the one on the stamp of every deliverable that seat inspected.

1. No. 01 Principal

   Engineering lead. Designs every system, writes the spec, and answers for the result.

2. No. 02 Operations

   Runs the engagement: the schedule, the documents, the handover.

3. Dev Developers, three

   Build to the spec and the standard, under the principal's review.

4. IT Technicians, a handful

   Networks, devices, telephony, identity, on site and remote.

5. Mkt Marketing

   One seat. Everything that leaves the building that is not an engagement.

6. Spec Specialists

   As the work needs: security testing, data, design.

Capacity

The team scales with the work. More hands on a build when the scope calls for it; the infrastructure line runs on systems we own and operate.
